Since this training is intensive, and challenging, it is recommended to have at least 2 years of formal dance experience.
Are the courses in-person or online?
The Teacher training is both in-person and online; however, the dance training can be done online
I don't intend to teach. Can I still attend the Teacher training just to develop my knowledge?
Yes, the Teacher training is a good tool to significantly improve your dance skills and knowledge
Do I have to complete the online training within a certain time?
No, the online portion of our training is on your own time and speed.
Can I get personalized feedback?
Yes, personalized feedback is available on demand and as a private session.

Kizomba Training Academy welcomes you to a premium dance Teacher training and certification experience, which will significantly improve your dance and teaching skills.
Join us for 3 days and over 24 hours of training using a system base method of learning with 24 professionally crafted and ready-to-go classes, a full curriculum customizable according to your goals, Students levels and local market.
This is one of the most comprehensive Kizomba courses available to date, presented by international dance Teacher and Teacher Trainer, Mr. Tonino Cidade, founder and director of the Kizomba Training Academy.
During this intensive training Student Teachers will be introduced to the Kizomba Training Academy (KTA) methodology, our system based learning, our entire curriculum, Kizomba, Passada, Semba, Coladera, Zouk, Konpa, Rebita, Afro-Beat(s), Funana, Soukous and other dances and music genres, dance foundation, terminology, principles, elements, history core moves, variations, and family of moves as well as other influential dances, throughout the course.
Upon completion of this course, Student Teachers will be able to understand, recall, describe, and demonstrate each core move, its variations as well as confidently teach in a group setting.

Must have at least 5 years of dance training of any genre.
